About the Port Canaveral Yacht Club

Our story began in 1978 when a group of boating enthusiasts established ourr club along the Banana River.  In 1982 we moved to our present location placing the club alongside one of Florida’s most distinctive mariatime communities, where recreational boating, commercial shipping, cruise ships and America’s space program sharee the waterfront.

A Nonprofit Organization Devoted to Boating

We are a member-owned, nonprofit organization devoted to boating, fellowship, and active social life.  Our deep-water marina provides welcoming home for boaters, while the club’s calendar brings members together for sailing, races, cruise outs, dinners, cookout and special events.  Every Wednesday and Friday there is dinner in the Observation Lounge & Resturant. Saturday and Sunday enjoy the Torch Light Tiki Bar where for drinks and food outside by the water.

Long and Short-Term Slip Rentals

The Club offers long and short-term slip rentals and a Live-aboard capability (subject to availability) on our new floating docks. Dock facility includes 50A or 30A shore power, slip side water, free Wi-Fi, showers, a laundry and a covered workshop.
